AutoNation is seeking a Service Director/Manager to lead the Service Department across a store, driving performance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on talent development, process discipline, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in service and/or parts management.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent.
• Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience with technology.

• Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance.
• Drive an efficient sales and production operation to move customers quickly while upholding our brand promise.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet goals and adopt best practices.
• Attract, develop and retain top talent for the store.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Ensure the Service area is retail-ready with pricing and displays.
• Manage the business per AutoNation and manufacturer requirements.
• Analyze performance and develop action plans to close gaps.
