AutoNation is seeking a Service Drive Manager to lead the daily operations of our service consultants, ensuring efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction. You will supervise, train, and mentor staff while coordinating with technicians and team leaders to meet service goals.

Responsabilidades

Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
Monitor performance and counsel personnel on behavioral or performance issues.
Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
Assist in the service reception during peak traffic times and collect customer data.
Maintain supplies to operate the service drive.
Communicate with team leaders about job status.
Review open repair orders and resolve those beyond current week.
Collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure quality service.
Perform quality inspections of vehicles returned to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work.
