3i People is seeking a Service Desk Personnel for a long-term contract in Nashville. You will provide tier-1 IT support, manage Active Directory, handle iOS deployment, and coordinate printer and hardware issues for diverse users.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, handle up to 30 calls per day, remote support using RDP and MS Teams, and efficient ticketing in ServiceNow to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• IT Call Center Experience preferred.
• Handle calls and support tasks with a proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Printer administration and troubleshooting, including queues.
• Active Directory management across OUs and account resets.
• iOS management, deployment, and device setup.
• Application troubleshooting and compatibility checks.
• Remote support via MS Teams, RDP, and VPN.
• Hardware deployment and basic device provisioning.
• ServiceNow ticket management and assignments.
