Qualifications
- Experience in IT help desk or call center environments.
- Familiar with Active Directory and account management.
- Experience with iOS management and device enrollment.
- Proficient with video conferencing platforms (WebEx, MS Teams).
- Experience with remote support and VPN.
Responsibilities
- Handle call volume up to 30 calls per day.
- Provide printer administration and troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory including password resets.
- Set up and support iOS devices (phones/tablets).
- Support and deploy video conferencing tools (WebEx, MS Teams).
- Troubleshoot network issues including VPN and Wi‑Fi.
- Troubleshoot application access and permissions.
- Provide remote support via RDP, TEAMs, WebEx.
- Deploy and manage hardware as needed.
- Use ServiceNow for ticket creation and assignment.
