Job summary

Calance is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician for a 12-month contract in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a fully onsite position requiring local candidates.

The role involves printer administration, Active Directory management, iOS support, and network troubleshooting. Candidates should have hands-on IT experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware deployment, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with printer administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience providing Active Directory user administration.
• Experience setting up/resetting iOS devices (iPhone/iPad).
• Experience with network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE).
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user applications and access issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage print queue and local printer setups.
• Administer Active Directory tasks.
• Support and deploy iOS devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Provide remote support using various tools.
• Handle ticket management in ServiceNow.
