Qualifications

• Able to handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage server print queues and local print queues.
• Administer Active Directory including OU navigation, attribute lookup, and password resets.
• Set up and support iOS devices (phones/iPads) and reset iTunes accounts as needed.
• Support video conferencing platforms (Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence).
• Troubleshoot network issues (VPN, LTE, Wifi).
• Handle application-related troubleshooting (permissions, compatibility, browser vs installed).
• Provide remote support (MSRA, RDP, Teams, WebEx).
• Oversee hardware deployment tasks.
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and assignments.
