Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst for an onsite contract role in Nashville. The candidate will handle IT call center tasks, manage Active Directory and ticketing, and assist with iOS deployments and printers.

Experience with MS Teams, VPN, RDP, ServiceNow, and remote support is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• IT Call Center Experience preferred.
• Able to handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Printer Administration and Troubleshooting - Server Print Queue, and local Queues.
• Active Directory Management: navigate OUs, reset passwords, unlock accounts.
• iOS Management, Support, and Deployment: setting up new phones/iPads, resetting iTunes accounts.
• MS Teams and Cisco Presence video solutions administration.
• Remote support via MSRA, RDP, and VPN connectivity.
• Ticket management and ticket assignment in ServiceNow.
