• Manage Active Directory accounts (reset passwords/unlock).
• Assist with printer administration and print queue management.
• Support videoconferencing tools (MS Teams, WebEx).
• Troubleshoot network issues (VPN, wifi, LTE).
• Assist with device provisioning and deployment.
• Ticket management and assignment using ServiceNow.
