Job summary

Planet Group is seeking a Service Desk Associate for a 4-6 month contract, fully onsite in Milwaukee, WI. The role supports PC hardware imaging and end-user service requests, collaborating with multiple teams to investigate and resolve technical problems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Service Desk environments and hands-on experience with SCCM, Windows imaging, ServiceNow, Citrix, Bomgar, and Office 365, along with strong end-user device knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree; or 2+ years related experience and/or training from a technical school.
• 2+ years' experience in Service Desk/Help Desk environments.
• Experience with PC imaging technology and End User Computing tools (SCCM, Windows PE imaging, ServiceNow, Citrix, Bomgar, Office 365, AWS Connect Call Center).
• Strong technical proficiency with end user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
• Experience supporting end users/systems on-site and remotely (Windows 11, Citrix, SharePoint, Active Directory).
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows PE imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC hardware imaging and handle service desk requests/incidents.
• Troubleshoot incidents to resolve hardware/software problems.
• Document knowledge articles to improve service quality.
• Triage complex software/hardware issues on desktops and peripherals.
• Install and support all supported software/hardware, including desktop configurations.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and future Windows releases on desktops.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Resolve network connectivity problems for computers.
