DMI is seeking a Field Office Deskside Technician to join our Milwaukee team. This role oversees IT Services at Field Offices within Mission and Site Support Services, ensuring uninterrupted end-user support and reliable device restoration.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong on-site support skills, and the ability to coordinate with headquarters and field stakeholders. Citizenship status is required for this position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices.
Ability to provide on-site IT support as needed.
Familiarity with IT asset management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Minimum Education: High School

Responsibilities

Directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD actions.
