Job summary

DMI is seeking a Field Office Deskside Technician to join our Milwaukee team. This role oversees IT Services at Field Offices within Mission and Site Support Services, ensuring uninterrupted end-user support and reliable device restoration.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong on-site support skills, and the ability to coordinate with headquarters and field stakeholders. Citizenship status is required for this position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices.
Ability to provide on-site IT support as needed.
Familiarity with IT asset management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Minimum Education: High School

Responsibilities

Directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD actions.
Proactive environment assessments and responsive break/fix services to ensure mission continuity.
Manages onsite troubleshooting and restoration of devices, coordinates with headquarters and stakeholders to align service delivery.
Technician enhances productivity and guarantees resilient IT Operations across all supported sites.
