Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking an IMAC Technician to join the on-site team in Waukesha, WI, providing end-user support and hands-on imaging and deployment services. The role requires strong PC hardware/software knowledge and the ability to work with ServiceNow for ticketing.

The ideal candidate has experience in imaging/deploying PCs, customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Local candidates preferred for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Desktop support for imaging, deploying and troubleshooting PCs.
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing experience.
• Customer facing experience in a professional setting.
• Able to train quickly on procedures and refer to IT knowledge base.
• Windows 10/11 experience.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, setting up, deployment and asset tracking (SNOW) for IMAC projects.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Respond to routine technical questions or information requests from customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.
