Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Deskside Technician II to support a globally recognized client at Shawnee Mission, KS. You will build and image PCs using SCCM, install non-standard software, and ensure devices are online during the build process.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, Windows 10 & 11 expertise, ability to work on 10–12 machines, and clear communication with end users. This is a full-time, on-site position lasting four months with remaining positions available.

Qualifications

• Experience building computers with SCCM for base images.
• Experience installing non-standard software after base image build.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process.
• Strong communication to explain refresh processes to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Build and image PCs using SCCM for base image.
• Install non-standard software after base image build.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity to keep PCs online.
• Provide hardware/software support to onsite client including break/fix.
• Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions.
• Document work, track installations, and perform QA.
