Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to shape and execute the service delivery strategy for a designated network zone across North America. You will lead initiatives to improve CSI, reduce claims expense, and partner with providers to drive measurable performance gains.

Travel up to 20% and potential onboarding in Medford may be required; the role is aligned to national pay ranges and requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills to drive customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Able to work PST hours to support west coast service providers
• Previous service experience in service delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy for all services for an assigned network zone.

• Performs root cause analysis to identify underperforming markets and drives improvement actions.
• Fosters partnerships with providers through education of best practices.
• Manages providers to meet performance metrics for all services.
