The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, plus 2–5 years in customer service. Proficiency with MS Office is expected, and a team-oriented, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Aufgaben

• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Ensure timely resolution and accurate follow-up on service issues.
• Assist with pricing of labor and materials per contract.
• Prepare subcontract work orders and invoicing details.
• Track deficiencies and update customer information in databases.
• Dispatch technicians based on site skill requirements.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly service schedules.
