Job summary

DeSHAZO, LLC. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support aftermarket field service operations. The role reports directly to the Branch Manager and combines project management with administrative duties to ensure smooth execution of projects.

You will assist with customer calls, schedule technicians, ensure equipment is onsite, process parts and invoices, review tickets, and travel with teams as needed to communicate project progress.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, industrial setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related programs.
• Ability to learn Deshazo-specific software quickly.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist service manager with customer calls and technician scheduling.
• Ensure adequate equipment is onsite for project completion.
• Research and procure parts and supplies as needed for project completion.
• Review service tickets for completion and accuracy.
• Coordinate with office administration for timely billing/invoicing of customers.
• Review inspection reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Occasionally travel with technicians to observe progress and communicate with customers.
• Perform other duties as required.
