Job summary

DeSHAZO is seeking a Service Coordinator to support aftermarket field service operations. The role reports to the Branch Manager and combines project management with essential administrative duties.

You will schedule technicians, verify equipment readiness, and coordinate parts procurement while reviewing tickets and billing. Travel with technicians to observe project progress and interact with customers when required.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of administrative experience; industrial setting a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to assign technicians and resources based on priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software; quick learner of Deshazo systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist service manager with customer calls and technician scheduling.
• Ensure adequate equipment is onsite for project completion.
• Research and procure parts and supplies as needed for project completion.
• Review service tickets for completion and accuracy.
• Collaborate with office to ensure timely billing/invoicing.
• Communicate inspection findings to customers; travel with technicians when needed.
