Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.

• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to special requests.
• Generates work orders and prepares project paperwork for Administrators.
