Job summary

Trane Technologies in Valley View, OH is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources for service agreements and repairs. You will work with Field Technicians, Project Managers, and the Parts Department to ensure timely labor and materials while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a college/technical degree or HS diploma with related experience, strong phone-based customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Experience with energy management or HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and processing special requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and files reports.
