Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generate work orders and reports for project Administrators.
