Job summary

Trane Technologies in Westbrook, ME, is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources. You will oversee execution of service agreements and repairs, procuring labor and materials within financial standards.

Daily duties include coordinating with Field Technicians, Service Managers, and Project Administrators to assign resources, track work orders, and generate reports. Strong customer-service skills and organizational ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience and/or training; or 3 years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent Customer Service; strong phone skills.
• Organized; able to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
• Attention to detail; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC or temperature controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment per project needs.
• Communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign/dispatch crews.
• Coordinates with Parts and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews paperwork, and produces reports.
