Job summary

Trane Technologies in Greenville, SC is hiring a Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate and direct actions of field resources and service orders. You will ensure proper labor and materials are procured within financial guidelines and communicate with Field Technicians and Service Managers daily.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of related experience or a 4-year degree or equivalent, strong customer service skills on the phone, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Qualifications

• One year related experience and/or training, or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and assign team members.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
• Generate work orders and project documentation and reports.
