Job summary

Trane Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources for service agreements and repairs. You will ensure the right labor and materials are procured to complete work within financial standards and maintain strong customer communication with Field Technicians and Service Managers.

You will generate work orders, manage project paperwork, and monitor progress while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence

Qualifications

Requires college/technical certificate or HS diploma with related experience.
Excellent customer service skills and phone communication.
Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
Interacts and communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
Coordinates operations interaction with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and routing them to the assigned staff.
Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and generates reports.
