Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• 1–3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience
• Experience in a construction industry environment

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls
• Create and dispatch work orders for scheduling of maintenance and service
• Attend planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork
• Enter purchase orders into Spectrum and process orders
• Maintain customer service binders to maximize satisfaction
• Provide service quotes to customers with supervisor
• Support technicians with badge access and safety training
• Provide overflow administrative support as needed
