Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills on the phone.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign work.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generate work orders and project reports.
