Job summary

Trane Technologies in Valley View, OH is seeking a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct resources for service agreements and repairs. You will interact with Field Technicians, Project Managers, and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion within financial standards.

The role requires solid customer service skills, ability to multitask, and knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook. Flexible to overtime/weekends, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• One year related experience and/or training, or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer-service focus and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians for task assignments.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Investigate customer concerns and respond to special requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Generate work orders and project paperwork, and produce reports.
