Job summary

Trane Technologies in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Service Coordinator. You will coordinate service resources, schedule personnel and materials, and communicate with Project Managers and technicians to ensure timely completion of service agreements and repairs.

Ideal candidates have customer service excellence, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with HVAC systems. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends, with on-site and Friday remote work options.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one year related experience and/or training; or three years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong phone presence.
• Organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interacts and communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates operations interaction with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and special requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and generates reports.
