Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Mechanicsburg is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of field resources. You will orchestrate service agreements and repair work, procuring labor and materials within financial standards while interfacing with Field Technicians and Service Managers.

You will manage work orders, project paperwork, and routine reports, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of tasks. Flexible overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a college or technical degree or one year related experience/training with a HS Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service skills, especially on the phone, and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment per project needs.
• Interact with project managers and technicians to assign/dispatch resources.
• Maintain interactions with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Generate work orders, review paperwork, and produce reports.
