You will coordinate labor, materials, and priorities with Field Technicians, Project Managers, and the Parts Department to ensure on-time completion within budget.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong multi-tasking, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows is expected, with occasional overtime and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective phone presence.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generates work orders and project paperwork and reports.
