Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review technician findings and create repair quotes.
• Communicate repair status and pricing to customers.
• Follow up on open quotes and next steps.
• Build and manage work orders in ERP (P21).
• Coordinate with vendors for parts pricing and availability.
• Support scheduling, dispatch coordination, and service workflow.
• Maintain organized documentation across all active jobs.
• Ensure timely turnaround on quotes (target 15–30 minutes).
