Job summary

Total Industries is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the frontline for customer interactions, coordinating dispatch, quotes, and billing while ensuring a smooth, proactive service experience. You’ll manage calls, open work orders, and keep customers informed with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, including dispatch, billing, service orders or related responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and complete background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and respond to email/onsite inquiries
• Create on-the-spot repair quotes and open work orders with complete customer and equipment details
• Schedule technicians and manage the workflow to ensure timely billing of completed work
• Dispatch technicians efficiently, prioritizing nearest/most capable resource
• Maintain accurate service records, parts availability, and customer communications
