Bell Ford is seeking an experienced Dealer Service Advisor to join our Phoenix service team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of dealership service experience and a customer-focused approach to delivering timely, transparent updates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair services.
• Excellent communication, sales and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in and scheduled service customers.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines.
• Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records.
• Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready workspace.
