Phil Long Dealerships in Colorado Springs is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the high-energy link between guests and our service team, turning concerns into clear plans and keeping every visit on track.

You will build accurate repair orders, communicate timelines and estimates, and ensure customers approve any added work before it begins. The role involves coordinating with the shop and maintaining momentum throughout the day.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree or equivalent.
• 6-12 months related experience/training or equivalent combination.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving ability; comfort with written procedures/safety rules.
• Manufacturer training and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle details, and document concerns clearly for technicians.
• Review inspection results, recommend corrective actions, and explain completed work and charges.
• Provide complete written estimates for labor/parts, set promised times, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Monitor repair progress, update customers on changes, and resolve questions or complaints.
