Job summary

FSEC in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Service Coordinator to streamline communication between customers and the Service Department and to own scheduling for inspections, service visits, and warranty inquiries.

You will triage calls, enter quotes and service requests, coordinate with field technicians, and ensure accurate documentation with BuildOps and calendar tools.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coordinating service calls.
• Experience handling inspections, service needs and warranty issues.
• Strong communication and organization for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire inspection, testing and installation (T&I) processes.
• Triage calls about inspections, service needs, and warranty issues.
• Coordinate with Service team to schedule online or on-site support.
• Enter quotes, service, and T&I requests into the management system for follow-ups.
• Work with Field Service Technicians to provide customer service documentation.
• Follow up with customers before and after inspections.
• Build daily schedules from approved quotes and annual inspections.
• Ensure schedules are ready to send by Thursday 3pm.
• Verify no return trips needed and complete notes/photos.
• Review approved quotes and coordinate same-day scheduling.
• Set up new customers in Building Reports for site and owner accounts.
• Include backflow reports, counts, maps, access codes, and previous inspections.
• Triage incoming calls to route to appropriate sales rep.
• Maintain positive attitude and grow through feedback.
