Job summary

C&C Lift Truck, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the liaison between our dealership and customers, ensuring day-to-day support and accurate communication.

You will assign jobs to technicians, coordinate daily schedules, and maintain positive customer relations while supporting the service team in all billing and parts coordination. This on-site role requires strong organization and knowledge of the NY/NJ/PA region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatcher experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NY, NJ and PA geography.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the shop.
• Assigns jobs to technicians and coordinates their daily schedule.
• Handles incoming service calls via phone and email.
• Provides real-time updates to customers on service dates and ETAs.
• Ensures accurate timekeeping and invoicing; coordinates parts as needed.”,
