Binsky, a leading mechanical contractor in the Northeast, seeks a Service Coordinator/Dispatch to support the Integrated Service Division. You will handle communications, scheduling, and coordination with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tickets, updating job statuses, processing labor hours, and coordinating with estimating and other departments. Strong MS Office and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in service coordination or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure in a professional and calm manner.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills; customer-focused communication.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers and field technicians.
• Plan, dispatch and schedule service work.
• Monitor and update status on active jobs.
• Verify labor hours for technicians each day.
• Issue purchase orders as required.
• Coordinate lunch-hour coverage with other dispatchers.
• Ensure PMA work is executed as scheduled.
