Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, text, email, social media, and review platforms.
• Make outbound calls for scheduling, customer follow-ups, and re-engagement opportunities.
• Screen and qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for service technicians and the outside sales team.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Educate customers on the benefits of the Family Plan and help interested customers become members.
• Verify customer contact information to support accurate scheduling and communication.
• Support daily office operations and maintain accurate records.
• Build trust through professional, helpful, and timely communication.
