Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Seattle, WA team. You will coordinate, communicate, and prioritize technician resources across planned and reactive work within budget, while building strong client relationships.

The role focuses on dispatching, administration, and reporting, with daily interaction across maintenance, service, and project work. A safety-minded approach and solid MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative experience working with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize technician resources across scheduled and reactive work within budget.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations for maintenance and service calls.
• Schedule and manage technicians and ensure tools/materials, project expectations, and status updates are communicated.
• Generate reports for weekly and monthly meetings: pipelines, maintenance, manpower, and expenses.
