Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to work onsite in Mukilteo. You will handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and in person, schedule technician projects, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the trades is a plus.
• Experience in booking appointments.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
• Experience in Plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, chat, or in person to provide support and information.
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls from customers and technicians.
• Collect and enter customer information.
• Route issues to the appropriate specialist when needed.
• Resolve customer problems and concerns with appropriate actions.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Schedule and manage projects for technicians.
• Communicate customer needs to technicians via appointment notes.
• Assess whether the requested services are offered.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
