Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate and schedule service requests such as installations and repairs.
• Take incoming calls and route them to the appropriate Service Engineer.
• Create service quotations for various types of service.
• Process completed service calls with data entry and invoicing.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain the Customer Relation Management (CRM) database.

Skills

Education
