Job summary

Wiese USA is seeking an exceptionally organized Service Coordinator at our Jackson, TN dealership. You will establish professional relationships with customers, manage service orders, coordinate dispatches, and maintain accurate records across work orders and files.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, strong MS Office and data-entry skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to support sales and rental departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
• Prefer 2+ years in an office environment.
• Computer literate with faster than average data entry and typing abilities.
• Must have a positive and upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships to create a world class customer service experience with every customer.
• Accurately prepares and closes work orders for service crew and ensures their timely processing.
• Schedules service call and dispatches service crew.
• Keeps records of service calls and work orders.
• Effectively uses EBS software for optimal performance and cost/time management.
• Review for accuracy and mail all customer and vendor invoices.
• Routing customer telephone calls.
• Organize and maintain work order & customer file system, and files correspondence and other records.
• Coordinate with Sales and Rental Departments.
• Prepare proposals/quotes for customers.
• Assist managers in coordinating schedule and makes appointments.
• Arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements.
