Job summary

Wiese USA, your local Caterpillar Lift Truck Dealer, is seeking an exceptionally organized, self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our Jackson, TN dealership. You will coordinate service calls, prepare and close work orders, dispatch crews, and maintain records to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

You will work with Sales and Rental departments, prepare proposals, arrange travel, and use EBS software to optimize costs while promoting our safety standards and customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong problem solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to quickly learn new software as needed.
• Analytical thinker with ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships to create a world class customer service experience with every customer.
• Accurately prepares and closes work orders for service crew and ensures their timely processing.
• Schedules service call and dispatches service crew.
• Keeps records of service calls and work orders.
• Effectively uses EBS software for optimal performance and cost/time management.
• Review for accuracy and mail all customer and vendor invoices.
• Routing customer telephone calls.
• Organize and maintain work order & customer file system, and files correspondence and other records.
• Coordinate with Sales and Rental Departments.
• Prepare proposals/quotes for customers.
• Assist managers in coordinating schedule and makes appointments.
• Arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements.
• Conduct research, compile and prepare reports for branch management.
