Responsibilities

• Answer service phone calls and book appointments.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and transfer as needed.
• Respond to online appointment requests and schedule as needed.
• Support Keep You Camping critical appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Confirm appointments.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly reporting and trend analysis.
• Input customer data into company system.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the service team and customers.
• Assist in achieving monthly goals with the Manager of Service Training and Communication.
• Follow the Keep You Camping program procedures.
