Job summary

Jackson Mechanical Service in Oklahoma City is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily service operations. This role coordinates between technicians, customers, and the back office to ensure accurate job documentation and high-quality service delivery.

You will review tickets, create P.O.s, assist with job setup and dispatch, and help ensure timely invoicing and customer communications. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking are essential.

• Ensure ticket accuracy and assist with invoicing and billing accuracy
• Monitor customer portals and communicate with customers to schedule service
