Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage work orders, entry in Service Link, and communication with warranty and parts teams. You will schedule PSP/PIP work, handle customer PO requests, and keep accurate records through to claim closure.

The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to support the service department’s efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a service department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open work order headers and segments in Service Link.
• Enter technician time and service reports in Service Link.
• Schedule PSP/PIP work and customer PO requests.
• File to history and handle warranty claim pre-prep.
• Coordinate with warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure.
• Perform clerical tasks such as payroll and scheduling.
