Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Service Coordinator in Washington state to ensure clear communication with Field Technicians and coordinate dispatching and scheduling of jobs. You will support Project Managers by providing labor resources and coordinating materials, subcontractors, and equipment.

Key responsibilities include managing work order documents and project invoicing, generating reports, and maintaining accurate customer billing and contact information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related experience and/or training.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with COINS ERP a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage work order documents and project invoicing (A/P).
• Provide labor resources to support Project Managers, Project Engineers and technicians for projects of various sizes.
• Coordinate materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on needs and availability.
• Generate, interpret and print reports in tracking system.
• Dispatch and coordinate Field Technicians; onboard technicians/dispatchers as needed.
• Research and resolve expenses and reporting discrepancies.
• Update customer account information related to billing, tax status, and billing contacts; prepare execution plans for technician schedules.
• Partner with accounts receivable and Customer Satisfaction teams; support retention programs.
