Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the NW service division. You will manage the coordination, communication, and prioritization of technician resources across all scheduled and reactive work within budget.

Responsibilities include receiving client requests, prioritizing work, scheduling technicians, and communicating status to clients to ensure commitment and success for McKinstry. The role requires three years of dispatch experience, strong MS Office skills, and a foundation in

Qualifications

• Three years of dispatch/scheduling experience working with customers.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio is a plus.
• Knowledge of reviewing proposals, bids, contracts and manpower reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive client requests and manage expectations across maintenance and service calls.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance, service, and project work within given time periods.
• Schedule and manage technicians across all work, including communication of work details and materials.
• Manage work status to ensure client commitment and success for McKinstry.
• Communicate with clients and represent McKinstry on all work managed and dispatched.
• Effectively manage jobs and budgets across Maintenance, Service, and Projects.
