Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
• Flexible schedule including occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving service customers and set a premium tone in the lobby.
• Direct guests to lounge areas or staff and answer general questions.
• Assist Service Advisors by managing lane traffic, scheduling appointments, and helping with check-ins.
• Safely shuttle customers to and from destinations as needed.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles entering or leaving the service drive.
• Pickup and deliver customer vehicles after service is completed.
