Shortline Buick GMC is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a service reception expert. You will listen to customer concerns, clearly communicate recommended services, and coordinate repair orders with efficiency.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting needs, presenting estimates, and keeping customers updated throughout the service process. A strong emphasis on empathy, teamwork, and timely follow-through helps ensure a positive vehicle service

• Prepare and present estimates, review repair timelines, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians and service department team members to ensure timely completion of work.
• Track repair orders, follow up on approvals, and maintain accurate records in the service system.
• Address customer questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and positive experience from drop-off to vehicle pick-up.
• Promote additional services and maintenance opportunities based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service reception area.
