The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a positive, outgoing attitude with a focus on top-tier customer service. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greets incoming service customers and directs them to the service advisor for check-in.
• Performs vehicle walk-around inspection.
• Prepares customer vehicle with protective items: mats, covers and tags.
• Checks and fills washer fluid.
• Works with cashiers and rental agents for customer rentals and car pickup.
• Retrieves vehicles at drop-off and pickup, and transports them as needed.
• Drives vehicles from service lane to parking lot or service stalls.
• Cleans customer vehicles after service completion.
• Checks in rental vehicles, cleans exterior and interior, and replenishes fuel.
• Maintains appearance of service drive and lot; keeps display neat and orderly.
• Prepares supplies for vehicle check-in: key tags and protective coverings.
• Assists delivery advisor and lot staff with inventory vehicles to maintain display standards.
• Provides local transportation of customers with dealership shuttle vehicle.
