Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical recommendations into clear quotes, and drive sales of tires, wheels, and services. You will document findings, maintain showroom standards, and collaborate with technicians to ensure fast, accurate service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in automotive service sales or related retail, excellent communication, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
